Phoenix Fund Services in Ireland has rebranded as Inbhear Fund Services following its separation from the UK-based Phoenix Group.
The firm’s management completed a buyout of Phoenix Fund Services in 2013.
Gavin Gray will lead the new team as managing director
Gray commented: “The decision to acquire the business was driven by a desire to refocus the long-term ownership and operating model of the Dublin business to better support our ability to provide a fund administration service that differentiates itself on the quality of service provided to our clients and their investors.”
